Fatima started in the medical field as a Home Health Aide as a teenager. She then began working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. For many years, Fatima took pride in spending time with patients’ making sure she gave them the best passionate care a Nursing Assistant can provide. She worked at various nursing homes where she acquired the urge to learn more in the field and enrolled in Jersey College School of Nursing at night while continuing to work two jobs. Fatima earned her nursing degree in 2013. Fatima began working at an Assisted Living facility where they saw her incomparable work ethic and leadership and offered her the position as Director of Nursing. Fatima knew how important it was to receive that private but yet personal care. She knew it was time her and her sister embarked on this journey to not only help their family but also yours.
